Building Your Wellness Team

Do you have one individual who is responsible for your entire workplace wellness program?

What happens to your wellness program if that person gets too busy with other more urgent priorities, or even worse, leaves the organization?

In this one-hour teleclass, we will discuss the advantages (dare we say, necessity?!) of having a team in place, including how to select the right members of that team and provide them with strategies for effective performance.

Program Leaders

Barbara Wilson and Donna Wood, Founding Partners of Wellness Strategies, have been training teams, team leaders, and team coaches for the past 15 years. Through their exclusive Wellness Team Coach Certification program, they have prepared more than a dozen Wellness Team Coaches to provide on-going support and success strategies for their client companies' wellness teams.

Bill McPeck is the Director of Employee Health and Safety for Maine State Government. He also serves as the Wellness Team Coach Mentor  for Wellness Strategies. As a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant, Bill offers a wealth of knowledge and resources about best practices in workplace wellness for company wellness teams.
